Bonding with my daughter

Art

Today's mother/daughter project left me too tired to write a blog post.

Well, you know you'll have to explain eventually. :)

[all the way from Brazil]

hmmm, very intriguing. Let me try to guess, you were painting a wall and adding texture to it (with rags or sponges) and then decided to add a footprint. Interesting. ;)

OK -- did anyone take a photo of you in the psychedelic print dress at the wedding???

I loved the photo of you niece in the jungle gym :)

So she made you walk ALL over the wall?????

Good guess, Lilian! We were painting a mural and needed footsteps on the beach .... I'll write a post about it later today.

Most of the wedding photos have faces in them and aren't very anonymous so I'm not sure I'll find one I can post, but I'll look through them.

Bonding, hunh? Looks more like goofing off and procrastinating. You're supposed to be having lunch with someone important today. Better wash your feet and get dressed.

maybe not as much fun as mud, but close

Great picture. I can see adding the footsteps would really enhance the mural. Cool idea.

I can only imagine how you twisted yourself around to take this picture.

Oh, I just held the camera out and took random shots. There was no way I could actually look through the camera.

This is one of my favorite posts. Ever. Of course, I read the two follow up posts first so I know the story. The three together are just fabulous.

I'm glad my guess was close - I would have never guessed it was a mural. Now I have to go read the other posts. It looks beautiful!

Remember my suggestion for cropping the photos? You could crop the heads out, it'd be fun ;)
